YOGA INSTRUCTORS
IMOGEN MALONEY
Yoga Instructor
Imogen studied at Byron Yoga Centre in 2015, in Purna style yoga, similar to Hatha yoga. Starting as a personal trainer and gym instructor Imogen shifted into the yoga space, loving the mindful, slow, connected way yoga integrates the physical body with breath, movement and intention.
Imogen also loves cheese, flowers, dogs, doughnuts and snow, and her yoga classes are slow, strong (have a smattering of meditation) and focus on alignment.

SARAH DYDE
Yoga Instructor
Sarah fell in love with yoga as a teenager and continued her practice until she became a teacher in 2016. Training under Duncan Peak and the incredible team at Power Living Yoga in Sydney, and more recently under Duncan Parviainen, she has become passionate about the practice of yoga not just on the mat but as a way of life.
Trained in Vinyasa power yoga, she loves getting on the mat and sweating it out in Hot yoga, but also sees and feels the beauty of a juicy slow flow and an extended Savasana.
Fusing anatomy, traditional philosophy, breath and creative sequencing into a fluid experience, you will find an opportunity to deepen your connection to self under her guidance.
Sarah loves to laugh, play and teaches in a fun and positive way.
